Kyiv
SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder that builds international tech businesses. Together with co-founders, we assemble strong teams to win in global markets.
Today, SKELAR has a dozen businesses in various niches from EdTech to SaaS. These are companies that have been awarded by Product Hunt, are included in the ratings of the TOP startups and product companies of Ukraine, occupy the highest ranks in the AppStore, and develop platforms that are used by millions of people. TechCrunch, Wired and other global media also write about SKELAR businesses.
We are proud of a strong team of 800+ professionals with cool expertise and ambitious goals. Our people are the company's most valuable asset, so we choose to build businesses with the best talent on the market.
We are currently looking for a Product Manager to work on the product onboarding area.
Your future tasks:
—Generate product hypotheses and validate them through a huge number of A/B tests.
—Work on a user segmentation system and determine which version of the product they land on to get the highest ROI.
— Control the product development process at all stages: idea, design, development, analytics.
—Automatically build a zone and processes in it. Manage zone objectives and strategy.
—Build a partnership with the marketing team.
—Conduct constant user and market research to find product bottlenecks and growth points.
In addition to businesses, we are developing a charity fund SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
SKELAR is an environment for self-realization of people who are able to create successful companies. We call such companies the next big everything. We believe in their power and scale. We plan to continue to develop tech businesses, conquer global markets and work for the victory of Ukraine 🇺🇦
For this, we have created all the opportunities within our venture builder:
—8 infrastructure teams that help businesses close any issues: from recruiting and communications to finance and legal issues;
— A community of founders who have already launched more than one business and can share practical experience;
—Internal clubs by professional areas: marketing, development, finance, recruiting;
— Trainings, courses, attending conferences;
- Health insurance, corporate doctor and psychologist.
