Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a marketing mindset who will optimize existing funnels, build new ones, work with hypotheses and audiences, and also work closely with the team analytics, UA and design. This is a role for someone who thinks in numbers, understands user behavior, and can craft texts based on their real pain points and needs.

Tasks

• Improving the passage of the funnel by userswww.myaddmile.com/wellbeing/quiz
• Analyze audience, market, trends to improve the funnel
• Create new hypotheses based on research and data
• Design new user onboarding
• Work with a team of analysts, designers, user acquisition specialists to collect of information
• Working with texts for onboarding funnels/quizzes

Competencies

• Skills in working with web or app funnels, from 1 year — mandatory
• Understanding of performance marketing
• English from B1
• Copywriting skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, openness and proactivity
• DPMM degree preferred

Mandatory requirements

• 1 year or more relevant experience
• Gaming for sales mindset
• Experience working with texts or desire to work with texts

Desired requirements

• Education in marketing
• Work experience from Figma
• Copywriting skills

Working conditions

Remote work (with the possibility to visit the Kyiv/Warsaw office if desired)

The schedule is flexible with mandatory business hours from 11 to 17
