We are looking for a temporary (maternity) position Chief specialist of the Center for managing product and service solutions for client segments Marketing Department.
Future tasks:
1. Market and customer analysis
Conducting market research of financial products, competitive environment and customer needs.
Segmentation of the customer base, identification of insights and trends for different customer groups.
2. Formation of the value proposition of products
Development of a unique value proposition for banking products.
Definition of competitive advantages and key benefits for target segments.
3. Product Lifecycle Management
Participation in the creation and launch of new products (from idea to release).
Optimization of existing products based on feedback and business results.
4. Marketing strategy and communications
Development and implementation of marketing plans for product promotion.
Organization of advertising and digital campaigns in all communication channels (online, mobile applications, email, push, social networks, branches).
5. Financial efficiency and analytics
Formation of business cases and profitability forecasts of new products.
Control and analysis of key KPIs (attraction, retention, profitability, ROI).
6. Coordination with cross-functional teams
Interaction with IT, analytics, risk, legal and sales divisions.
Ensuring consistency of marketing initiatives with bank and group strategy.
7. Customer Experience Management (CJM)
Identifying pain points and implementing solutions to improve the customer experience.
