What will you do in the position Chief Middle Class Specialist?
- Analyze and create product offers for individuals of the middle class segment.
- Develop and formalize the concept of part of the product, tariffs and rates together with the specialized divisions of the Bank. < li>Study and make a constant assessment of the current state and opportunities of the local and international market for individuals of the middle class segment (product offers).
- Create a product development plan for individuals of the middle class segment in accordance with the Bank's policy and priorities of the marketing plan.
- Present the developed/updated marketing projects at the Bank's committees for their approval and approval in terms of service
- Initiate tariff changes.
- Participate in cooperation with partners/agencies in order to attract customers and increase cross-selling for individuals in the middle class segment.
- Monitor sales, profitability and market conditions for individuals in the middle class segment (performance analysis). >
This work is made for you if you have:
- complete higher education;
- knowledge of marketing theory and practice, its principles and tasks;
- work experience in the indicated field of activity - in marketing of another financial institution for at least 3 years as a chief specialist;
- knowledge of the English language at least at the Pre-Intermediate level;
- experience in pricing, creating products, launching promotions and work with partners;
- communication skills: responsibility, negotiation, teamwork.
