We are looking for a talented and motivated ProductMarketing< strong>Manager to our partner company SEOgene! The company creates and promotes its own web products and mobile applications in the fields of fintech, health&fitness, mental health and productivity. We adore speed in all its manifestations, so being prompt in all processes is our huge advantage.

The main purpose of the role ProductMarketing< /strong>Manager in our vision - creation and optimization of web funnels to attract new users to the product and increase the conversion to purchase. The web funnel includes onboarding quizzes tailored to the specific needs and pain points of users, sales page, checkout, pricing strategy, upsell offers. 

Tasks you will deal with:

  • Generation of ideas and hypotheses for testing on existing web funnels in order to optimize conversions.
  • Creation of new web funnels - from an idea to a detailed task for a designer, to development, analysis and optimization of indicators.
  • Constant analysis of web funnels and competitors' products in order to find new growth points.
  • >
  • Constant market analysis to find new trends, new product sales angles for existing and new target audiences.
  • Creating, testing and improving the main value proposition in web funnels, thanks to a deep understanding of the needs and pain points of the target audience audience and competitor analysis.
  • Writing high-quality marketing messages to emphasize the benefits of the product and work out the fears of potential users.
  • Analysis of conversion drivers on the funnel and the effectiveness of the chosen pricing strategy (duration and prices of subscriptions, and also payment methods).
  • Constant tracking and management of key product metrics.
  • Effective interaction with all process participants - marketing (user acquisition and designer), development, design, content, product manager .
  • Development of a sales monetization model.
  • Analysis of the impact of email marketing on the conversion of users into payment, generation of ideas and hypotheses to improve existing conversions.

You are our ideal candidate if:

  • You have 1 year of work experience as a product marketing manager or in a similar position.
  • You have previous experience with web funnels.
  • “On you” with user acquisition metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI) and product metrics (LTV, retention rate, churn rate, rebill rate, refund, etc.).
  • Experience in creating, testing and analyzing pricing strategies will be a plus.
  • You understand how to analyze competitors' products and/or marketing.
  • The English language level is Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • You have experience with analytical tools such as Amplitude/Google Analytics, Tableau/Looker/Power BI (data analysis, conclusions, hypotheses) or similar.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
  • Experience with Jira.

What are the selection stages?

The trial period for this position is 3 months. This will give us time to take a closer look at each other and work together.
