Spirio is a new business from venture builder SKELAR, which is building an educational platform that offers courses, guides and practices based on Eastern philosophies to help people enjoy life and be happy.

The startup is currently at the early-stage stage (Seed). Therefore, this is an incredible opportunity to join a new business, be among the first colleagues and work in a close team with co-founders.

What challenges await:
— Managing the full cycle of marketing funnel development, from idea to testing and analysis;
— Hypothesis formation, prioritization and improving the Value Proposition of marketing funnels based on a deep understanding of user and business needs;
— Increase conversions of marketing funnels, implement Growth Hacks and bring existing and new funnels to the target ROI;
— Scale Email-marketing and increase conversions. Monitor risk metrics;
— Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand user needs and form development strategy;
— Work closely with the development and marketing team to achieve business goals;
— Participate in development of a new model of monetization of upsells.

What is important to us :
— Work experience of 1 year or more as a product marketing manager or in a similar position;
— Strong analytical skills: experience with data, numbers, metrics;
— Skills in conducting A/B testing, market research and use of analytical data;
— Ability to effectively collaborate with an engineering team;
— Upper-Intermediate+ English.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the "SKELAR Foundation" internal project from our venture builder employees in support of the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance largeprojects that help bring our victory closer.
