Product Marketing Manager in MHP, PrAT

Our employee in this position:

• Participate in the development of the category strategy in the short and long term and in the development/launch of new products taking into account the NPD process, initiate the creation of new products
• Analyze the product portfolio , brand portfolio based on profitability, sales results, compliance with the company's business strategy, suggests changes, new ideas for changes
• Develop a brand plan and calendar of activities with the involvement of all relevant communication channels, analyzes the effectiveness of brand promotion, categories
• Responsible for the development and adaptation of packaging material designs, approves packaging printing
• Organize and participate in all brand activities according to the brand plan
• Develop together with designers /agency advertising materials
• Coordinate on issues of production, procurement of TUM, ingredients, labeling, logistics, sales with relevant departments within the framework of launching new products, promotions to promote the brand range/working issues on the current range
• Coordinate the content plan for the SMM of brand promotion, promotes development/offers ideas to increase sales of branded products of the brand in various sales channels
• Coordinate creative tenders, video/photo tenders
• Accompany the shooting projects of advertising/promotional materials/video recipes
• Analyze brand performance and initiate activities to improve brand and market positions based on marketing research, reveals insights, analyzes the impact on the brand, category, offers ideas, monitors competitor activities and manufacturers of other categories.

• A confident user of Excel, Power Point, O365
• English language level Intermediate (B1) and above (ability to conduct a presentation/meeting, competent written communication and preparation of documents in English)
• Experience in FMCG companies and understanding of new product launches (organizational components) will be an advantage.
