In this role you will:
- Create and develop various materials for digital and print use, including presentations, web banners, email templates, brochures, flyers and advertisements for various international markets.
- Ensure that all materials are visually appealing and consistent with the airline's brand book.
- Work closely with product marketing and sales teams to understand campaign goals and develop design strategies to achieve them.
- Ensure timely delivery of all design elements for campaigns and projects.
- Maintain consistency of the airline's visual identity in all product marketing materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for marketing initiatives.
- Present design concepts and ideas to product marketing, sales and business unit teams.
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools and technologies.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors' visual strategies and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Conduct retrospective analysis of marketing creatives based on advertising effectiveness.
- Integrate industry best practices into design processes.
- Work with external vendors such as printers and manufacturing companies to produce high-quality product marketing materials.
We expect from you:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic or marketing design.
- Proficiency in design software.
- Experience with AI tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work and creative projects.
- Creativity, attention to detail and sensitivity to aesthetics.
- Creative thinking and non-standard approach.
- Flexibility and openness to new things, tracking trends and searching for new approaches.
- Good communication skills and the ability to clearly express design ideas and concepts.
- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactiveness, willingness to take initiative and responsibility.
