YOUR TASKS AND DUTIES WILL BE:

• process and analyze large volumes of data to identify useful dependencies, search for insights and trends in order to improve the performance of the marketing team and related departments;
• analyze customer data to identify patterns and cause-and-effect relationships, form analytical conclusions and recommendations;
• manage resources involved in marketing projects, track project statuses, inform management about the quality of project implementation and their effectiveness;
• ensure creation of a system for working with internal company data: analysis of service conversion of key indicators of behavior of the client base, sales, business performance;
• prepare regular and operationalactive reporting, perform plan-fact analysis, determine metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities, provide data visualization, dashboard settings;
• develop a system for working with external market information: comprehensive market research, analysis of quantitative and qualitative survey results , participation in panels, etc.;
• segment the client base based on customer behavioral traits, assess the potential of each segment in order to form targeted marketing communications;
• analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and the reasons for changes in key metrics ;
• conduct A/B and multi-testing to determine the effectiveness of various marketing approaches and strategies;
• predict patterns of customer behavior, taking into account all possible influencing factors and identify market trends;
• prepare technical specifications, coordinate IT work within the framework of reporting automation;
• participate in cross-functional projects, taking into account the implementation of IT solutions;
• participate in the formation and control of the implementation of marketing strategies, budgets.

OUR WISHES FOR FUTURE COLLABORATOR:

• complete higher education in the field of marketing or economics;
• you have 2 years of experience as a marketing/product/CRM analyst;
• knowledge of tools of marketing analysis (SWOT analysis, ABC analysis, etc.);
• knowledge of traffic analysis tools;
• experience of reporting in Power BI;
• skills for working with large arrays of data.
