We invite you to work - Product market research analyst to optimize data analysis processes and create effective analytics in the BI system to support decision-making and strategic development of the company.

Main duties:

• Data processing and cleaning.
• Database structuring for further analysis.
• Development and maintenance of reports in Power BI according to the needs of departments.
• Analysis of market data and formation of analytical conclusions.
• Preparation of presentations with reports and conclusions in PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
• Presentation of analytical results to teams and management.
• Formation of business plans (for new products, market entry, brand development).
• Interaction with departments to determine their needs in analytics.

Requirements:

• Ability to analyze market data in different sections (segments, trends, competition).
• Ability to form analytical conclusions and recommendations based on data.
• Experience with large data sets, their primary processing and structuring.
• Ability to work with databases (SQL or others).
• Experience with Power BI (report creation, visualization, DAX).
• Knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query).
• Knowledge of the basics of statistics and analysis data.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Canva or similar tools for creating presentations.
• Understanding of key financial indicators (margin, cost, revenue, profit, etc.).
• Proficiency in basic strategic management analytical tools (product-market matrix, BCG matrix, ABC analysis).
• High attention to detail.

Proficiency in foreign languages:

• English - B1+ level (ability to work with English-language sources and communicate).
