In connection with the expansion of activities and the launch of new products, Nova Poshta is looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for building the sales process and forming a new product in the field of foreign economic activity. You will develop and manage export-import products, with a primary focus on the B2B segment, including LTL and FTL pallet shipments.
Main responsibilities:
- Strategic planning: Researching market trends, clarifying customer needs, studying competitive offerings and identifying potential routes for effective product launch.
- Market analysis: Market analysis of foreign economic activity, in particular export and import of goods between Ukraine and EU countries, with a focus on the B2B segment, pallet transportation (LTL and FTL), with a greater emphasis on LTL.
- Product development: Determination of product requirements, cooperation with the product team to develop and implement the product. Setting tasks for pricing, monitoring product compliance with the company's strategic goals.
- Management of sales and marketing strategy: Development and implementation of a sales strategy that attracts customers to actively cooperate with the company, not drawing them from competitors, but offering the advantages of our products.
- Development of pricing strategy: Setting and adjusting tariffs for the transport company, ensuring price competitiveness in order to actively expand market positions.
- Legal support and documentation: Interaction with the legal department for the development and execution of the necessary documents and procedures, knowledge of Incoterms and responsibilities of the parties to the agreements.
- Communication with stakeholders: Effective interaction with all stakeholders, including commercial departments of other companies in the group, to ensure successful project launch and support.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Deep understanding of foreign economic activity, Incoterms.
- Logistics experience and knowledge of LTL and FTL shipping processes.
- Ability to analyze the market, develop products and negotiate.
- Skills of working with production teams, defining strategies and goals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Market analysis, strategic planning and project management skills.
