Product Manager (PROD) in Nova poshta

Due to business expansion and the launch of new products,New mail is looking for a Product Manager, who will be responsible for building the sales process and forming a new product in the field of foreign economic activity. You will be involved in the development and management of export-import products, with a primary focus on the B2B segment, including LTL and FTL pallet transportation.

Main duties:

1. < b style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 700">Strategic planning: Researching market trends, identifying customer needs, studying competitive offerings and identifying potential routes for effective product launch.
2. Market analysis:Market analysis of foreign economic activity, in particular export and import of goods between Ukraine and EU countries, with a focus on the B2B segment, pallet transportation (LTL and FTL), with more emphasis on LTL.
3. Product development: Defining product requirements , cooperation with the product team for product development and implementation. Setting tasks for pricing, monitoring product compliance with the company's strategic goals.
4. Sales and marketing strategy management: Development and implementation of a sales strategy that attracts customers to actively cooperate with the company, not drawing them from competitors, but offering the advantages of our products.
5. Development of pricing strategy: Setting and adjusting tariffs for the transport company, ensuring price competitiveness in order to actively expand market positions.
6. Legal support and documentation: Interaction with the legal department for the development and execution of the necessary documents and procedures, knowledge of Incoterms and responsibilities of the parties to the agreements.
7. Communication with stakeholders: Effective interaction with all stakeholders, including commercial departments of other companies in the group, to ensure successful launch and support of the project.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Deep understanding of foreign economic activity, Incoterms.
• Experience in logistics and knowledge of LTL and FTL transportation processes.
• Ability to analyze the market, develop products and conduct negotiations.
• Skills for working with product teams, defining strategies and goals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Skills for market analysis, strategic planning and project management.
