The primary user base is in Tier-1 countries. The product features high loading capacity, intuitive UX/UI, and the use of AI and ML for user scoring, matching and face recognition. Our goal is to reach the top 5 in the niche within 3 years and establish a presence in the LatAm and Asian markets.In this role, you willCollaborate closely with marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure a seamless product cycleGather insights from the team and user interviews, aligning them with the overall product strategyFormulate, test, and validate numerous hypotheses to positively impact key metricsParticipate in and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including grooming, planning, and retrospectivesDevelop and maintain the product roadmap, outlining both short and long-term goals for continuous growthContinuously seek additional business growth points to strengthen our market positionIt’s all about you4+ years of overall product management experience, with at least 1 year in a comparable roleUpper-Intermediate proficiency in EnglishProven leadership skillsExperience managing projects, budgets, and teamsDeep knowledge of various hypothesis validation methodsPractical experience in executing A/B testsProficient in different types of research: user, market, and competitor analysisFamiliarity with Jira and ConfluenceHands-on experience with Tableau for analyticsProficient in SQL or PythonPSPO certification is a plusWhat we offerHighly-skilled team.
