Job Overview: AsaProduct Manager for our web platforms, you will spearhead the development and management ofour online product presence. This role involves strategizing, designing, and deploying effective web experiences that enhance user engagement and drive business success through innovative A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Your Area ofResponsibility: Collaborate with the Lead Product Manager torefine and implement our web product strategy, ensuring italigns with our broader business goals. Lead cross-functional teams todesign and develop intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces that meet market demands. Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests tocontinuously improve user experience and increase conversion rates. Use data-driven insights tomake informed decisions and refine web features. Gather and prioritize product development requirements, converting them into detailed, actionable plans. Create compelling business cases based onthorough analysis ofmarket trends and user feedback tosupport new product initiatives. Partner with the Data Analytics team toharness insights for enhancing product information accuracy and effectiveness. You Will Need: Atleast 2years ofexperience inproduct management, preferably inthe e-commerce orarelated industry. Strong analytical skills and proven expertise inA/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities. Familiarity with product information management systems and asolid understanding ofweb development technologies. Experience indesigning and implementing user-focused digital products. Proven track record instrategic planning and execution with measurable improvements inuser experience and business performance. Upper-Intermediate level ofEnglish.
