We are currently launching a new startup in the style and fashion industry and are looking for the first Product Manager of the business. Joining the team now means: 1. To work with fashion is one of the largest consumer industries in the world. 2. To enter a niche when fashion continues to undergo a significant change in the pattern of purchases: the share of purchases through influencers and creators is increasing (more than 35% per year). 3. Actively engage the audience for the business not only through standard Meta mechanics, but also through Tiktok and Instagram/Tiktok/Youtube influencers. 4. Interact directly with the world of influencers and creators - both in product promotion and from the point of view of content creation. 5. Launch joint projects with Tier-1 and Tier-2 fashion brands, fashion magazines, platforms. The startup is at the MVP stage, so you have a unique opportunity to join the business at an early stage, have unlimited career prospects and grow to C-level manager with responsibility for a large part of the business. Your area of responsibility will include: — Creation of a product (Web and App) from scratch, active participation in the formation of the strategy and stages of product development; — Further development of the product within the framework of the overall product strategy (search for growth points); — Generation of hypotheses to increase product and monetization metrics; — Search for new points of product growth (based on market insights, communication with users, networking); — Formation of product insights based on analytical data; — Validation of hypotheses through conducting and analyzing A/B tests ;— Formation of a product team (from content managers to design and development). What is important to us?— From 3-x years of work experience as a product manager;— Successful cases of building a B2C product from scratch in the US and European markets;— An entrepreneur’s mentality — you are comfortable developing and scaling where there was nothing before;— Experience with Jira / SQL / Tableau / Amplitude;— Knowledge of key product metrics and their relationships;— Good communication skills, the ability to quickly establish contacts and develop a network; — Systematic and structured work, strong analytical skills and data-driven approach; — Attention to details, high level of self-organization and time management; — Creativity and ability to generate qualitatively new ideas and hypotheses; — Experience in conducting A/B tests; — Level English B2+. In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation charity fund from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
