Product Manager / Vip Manager (iGaming) in FAVBET

Main tasks: Management of all aspects of relations with VIP customers; Researching customer needs and determining their product requests; Developing strategies to increase loyalty and user retention ;Monitoring, analysis of VIP dashboards and taking appropriate measures to ensure maximum value during the life cycle of VIP users; Close cooperation with product operations, IT, marketing teams to ensure proper quality of services (segmentation of promotional offers, launch of product features, rewards, in-game events etc.) It is important for us: From 2 years of work experience as a Product Manager/Vip Manager in the iGaming industry; Understanding of modern and current trends for the VIP segment of the iGaming industry; Excellent communication skills; Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends; Fluency in English not below the Intermediate level.
