Development and preparation of educational materials, presentations, video lessons, test tasks for specialists, help with the design of websites; Promotion of courses, construction of effective influence marketing (from the search for ideas for additional implementation on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok); Building relationships with external specialists, coaches , speakers and experts in order to involve them in further training of personnel; Monitoring of trends in EdTech; Implementation of work by managers of all divisions, regarding the requirements of further training and development of personnel.
