Experience in the field of e-commerce, in particular experience in the development of training for Amazon specialists - will be your advantage; Previous experience in the fields of online education (EdTech) - is welcome; Possesses English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above; Understands teaching methods and strategies staff of different levels. Development and preparation of educational materials, presentations, video lessons, test tasks for specialists, assistance in website design; Promotion of courses, construction of effective influence marketing (from finding ideas to full implementation on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok); Building relationships with external specialists , coaches, speakers and experts in order to involve them in staff training; Tracking trends in EdTech; Working with heads of all departments regarding requirements for staff training and development.
