What will you do:

Development of the concept of products and features according to their direction - transactions, p2piban payments (commercial, budgetary), utility payments, mobile top-up, traffic fines, charity, joint fees.

Study of the competitive environment, study concepts of transactional products of other neobanks (local and international).

Conducting comparisons of competitor tariffs, proposals for setting tariffs for own products.

Product description, writing use cases, preparation of CJM.

Preparation of DKBO, approval of the product at the relevant committees of the bank.

Update of DKBO on external sources (bank website, mobile application).

Work with PM of the development team, participation in sprint briefings, prioritization of stories in development.

Participation in testing of the alpha build (acceptance of the product from the development team).

Working with behavioral analytics regarding the use of the product by customers (building behavioral dashboards in languages with data analysts to track customer patterns and find opportunities to improve products).

4 + years of experience in banking / fintech.
Experience in product development in the field of financial services.
Experience in developing/improving transactional products and services, creating a product roadmap, CJM.
