Product Manager/Technical Project Manager in SKAETON, TOV, Aviaciyna Virobnicha Kompaniya

Skyeton is an aviation company that specializes in the development and production of unmanned aircraft. We have our own navigation, detection and control systems and have been in the aviation industry since 2006. In particular, since 2014, we have been actively developing our own unmanned aircraft-type systems. We are looking for a new project leader for the RnD team for long-term cooperation, who will manage the development at the strategic level, ensure the development of the project in the agreed quantities and terms. The main tasks of the role: - Bringing the MVP to pre-series sample, then to the serial sample.- Formation of a technical team to solve technical problems for the product.- Formation of product requirements.- Definition of the product vision.- Product backlog management.- Development coordination.- Communication with stakeholders, collection and analysis of feedback from customers and users for continuous improvement of the product.- Progress monitoring and analytics. Important for the position:- Experience in hardware projects.- English level at B1 level and above.- Understanding of product development cycles and methodologies of flexible and linear project management.- Participation in development of a product from idea to production, or independent management of similar projects.- Understanding of the basic technologies underlying the product (communication, navigation, aerodynamics, avionics, general mechanical and electrical engineering, understanding of physics, etc.).- Experience in negotiations with partners/clients/stakeholders and experience in conducting presentations.
