Product Manager (Team Lead) in Nailsmade

We invite to the team a product manager, who will manage the team and the full cycle of launching cosmetic novelties — from idea to sale.

We are a Ukrainian brand HEYLOVE gel polishes, one of the market leaders. Our products are available in 30 countries around the world. Has Ukrainian, European and British CPNP and GMP quality certification, not tested on animals. The key principles of the brand are: safety for the master and the client, aesthetics, comfort and safety of the company's employees.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and control of the work of the team (designer, procurement, marketing), construction processes.
• Planning and control of all stages of product development, from idea to launch.
• Control of interaction with suppliers and optimization of cooperation.
• Participation in the formation of new product concepts based on trends, market needs and brand strategy.
• Cooperation with marketing on the positioning and launch of new products on the market.
• Participation in formula testing, packaging and of the final product.
• Planning the launch of new products and monitoring the fulfillment of deadlines.
• Organization and systematization of work processes in Notion and Google Sheets.
• Analysis of the results of product launches and implementation of improvements.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in project management, product development or brand management from 1 year (in the beauty field will be an advantage).
• Experience in team coordination or project management.
• Ability to delegate responsibilities and evenly distribute work in a team.
• Organizational skills, ability to work with deadlines.
• Ukrainian is fluent, English is for correspondence.
• Sense of style, understanding of trends and brand aesthetics.
