Product Manager (switch from Big-4) in SKELAR

It can be help with Smartphones & Gadgets, Finance, Electronic & Household, Wellness & Beauty, PC & Mac, Legal, Documents. So imagine, instead of hundreds of browser tabs in search of an answer, there is only one chat with experts, where you can get help in seconds

What challenges await:

• Generate hypotheses to improve product metrics through a/b testing process;
• Explore and optimize the user journey to improve the user experience;
• Conduct comprehensive market, user and competitor research to find product growth points.

This is the key point of the job description. It is very important to describe the applicant's duties as accurately as possible and at the same time to stimulate his interest in the position. Specify what tasks the candidate will face and what results you expect from him. Explain each task in detail. For example:
–Perform in conditions when the Sales department needs to be built from scratch - you will not have scripts, processes, CRM , everything will have to be built and changed by oneself;
– Start system internal training in SKELAR;
– Build effective processes from scratch and assemble a team if necessary.

What is important to us:

Must have:

1. The ability to systematically approach solving problems - to look for the cause of the problem, to break it down into small components and to form a solution.
2. Experience in forming and testing hypotheses.
3. Ability to take responsibility and perform tasks 'from 0 to 1'

Nice to have:


1. Experience working with databases;
2. Experience in setting tasks and communicating with the development team, understanding development processes.
3. Experience with a B2C SAAS product.
