Wefollow and shape iGaming trends, receiving many awards and recognition for our projects.Now weare looking for anexperienced Product Manager tojoin our team!Responsibilities:Competitive analysis and market research;Analysis ofinternal users’ needs, insight search and trend-watching;Formation offunctional and product requirements for product development: conceptual optimization ofexisting features + formation ofrequests for the introduction ofnew features;Formation ofroadmap releases ofnew features;Preparation ofthe product for new markets;Supervising the development process and tracking deadlines together with Project Manager;Defining ofthe internal and external marketing strategy ofthe product: analysis ofthe current target audience, search, and evaluation ofnew potential markets;Search for new channels toattract customers;Calculation ofthe cost ofattracting aclient;Defining and control ofthe budget for attracting new customers;Customer segmentation, development ofsales funnels;Assessment ofthe dynamics ofkey KPIs (CR, RR, LTV, ARPU) ofnew and previously attracted customers;Search and evaluation ofthe most effective channels ofcommunication with customers.Requirements:Solid experience ingambling/betting;Advanced English (B2and higher);Ability towork inmultitasking mode;Experience with CRMsystems;Knowledge ofHTML/CSS layout;Experience with ESP;Experience with Tier-3 markets (nice tohave).Soft Skills: Communication;Detail oriented;Flexibility and ability towork inafast-paced and dynamic environment;Ability towork independently;Conflict management skills.Work conditions:Work inaninternationalIT product company with offices inPoland, Georgia, Malta;Remote full-time work orwork from acomfortable office.
