The unit is looking for motivated and experienced military/conscripts who want to be part of a project that introduces strategic innovations to the Ukrainian army. Responsibilities of forming a strategic vision of the product (responsibility for the development of proposals and strategies for the development, implementation and improvement of the product from the point of view of the end user), performing comprehensive analysis, research and designing solutions based on SAP HCM (studying the problems and needs of end users by means of in-depth interviews, analysis of requirements users, development and approval of project documentation, preparation and justification of decisions on the introduction of the product and making the necessary changes to it) development management (cooperation with the implementation and development team to ensure the timely implementation of project decisions on the introduction of the product and making the necessary changes to it) life cycle management product (responsibility for planning and implementation of new functions and further improvement of the product) monitoring and analytics (measurement of results and use of analytics for continuous improvement of the product) Requirements work experience in a similar position of 3 years or more, desirable experience in the implementation of SAP HCM experience in working with HR ERP systems from 5 years of knowledge of various product management methodologies and the ability to navigate the application of one or another methodology, the ability to quickly design, develop, implement and support solutions that use complex databases and software applications, English language skills at the Upper Intermediate level, experience working with key stakeholders and users in similar projects, experience of cooperation with development and implementation teams, the ability to make strategic decisions and determine priorities, high responsibility and independence in work, quick reaction to changes and the ability to act effectively in a dynamic environment. reserve under the contract and mobilization until the end of the martial law mandatory passing of the KMB/basic military training and the presence of valid certificates from the TCC/military ticket transfer of active servicemen from the Ground Forces with the consent of the immediate commander (in relation), possible transfers from the DSST and NGU rear financial support from 20,000 (for the rank of soldier) and 30,000 hryvnias (for the rank of officer) housing allowance, the candidate looks for it on his own.
