The international pharmaceutical holding Delta Medical invites the entire team: Rx product manager (traumatology/surgery) Our ideal candidate: Has a higher pharmaceutical or medical education, education in marketing will be an additional plus; Has successful proven experience in the marketing of Rx products (dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals and/or medical products) at least 2 years old; Speaks English, the level is not lower than intermediate; Results-oriented, communicative, proactive. Functional duties: Market analysis (competitive and price analysis, assessment of market potential); Development of brand promotion strategy and tactics (segmentation, segment assessment, targeting , positioning); Development of a sales budget (profit and expense), sales forecasting; Work with opinion leaders; Planning and organization of marketing events; Development of promotional materials; Planning, development and conduct of promotional activities aimed at key CAs in brand promotion; Development and implementation of a system external service training; Management of the value of goods of the trusted direction through product life cycle management; Coordination of the activities of divisions in the stream of product value creation in order to achieve profitable growth and cost growth; Constant search for growth points and their development; Planning of promotional activity, setting tasks and monitoring their implementation by medical representatives and KAM to implement the sales plan.
