Product manager RX in Hetero Labs Limited

The representative office of the «Hetero Labs Limited» in Ukraine is looking for the smart professional to fill the first-opening position of the Product Manager Rx.

The position will be focused on the Rx products (Gastro, CNS, and other groups, as per the promotional plan).

The PM Rx will be responsible for:

1. all aspects of the marketing plan for supervised products, marketing mix of activities to get the approved sales plan;
2. launch of new products and achieving the planned results;
3. implement the marketing plan to the Ukraine reality according to the company strategy;
4. constant examination of competitors market;
5. taking decisions on tactical marketing issues within budget;
6. ensure effective implementation of marketing plans and strategy to achieve profitability objectives;
7. cooperation with the marketing department of the Head Office.

REQUIREMENTS:

• university degree in Medicine or Pharma;
• at least 3 to 5 years' experience as Rx product manager in pharma business;
• experienced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
• good knowledge of English - verbal and written; Ukrainian or Russian native speaker with the excellent knowledge of the State language;
• excellent analytical and marketing skills with smart vision;
• project management skills, team player and be able to work effectively with cross-functional team;
• Valid B category driving license;
• Ready for business trips all over Ukraine for at list 30% of the working time.
