Product Manager (Rx) in Delta Medical

The international pharmaceutical holding Delta Medical invites to its team: Rx product manager (traumatology/surgery) Our ideal candidate: Has a higher pharmaceutical or medical education, education in marketing will be an additional plus; Has successful proven experience in the promotion of Rx products (dietary supplements, drugs and/or medical devices) for at least 2 years; Speaks English, the level is not lower than intermediate; Results-oriented, communicative, proactive. Functional duties: Market analysis (competitive and price analysis, assessment of market potential); Development strategies and tactics of brand promotion (segmentation, segment evaluation, targeting, positioning); Development of sales budget (profit and expense), sales forecasting; Work with opinion leaders; Planning and organization of marketing events; Development of promotional materials; Planning, development and management of promotional activities aimed at key CAs in the promotion of brands; Development and implementation of the external service training system; Management of the cost of products of the trusted direction through product life cycle management; Coordination of the activities of divisions in the stream of product value creation in order to achieve profitable growth and value growth; Constant search for growth points and their development Planning of promotional activities, setting tasks and monitoring their execution by medical representatives and KAM for the implementation of the sales plan.
