Product ManagerRx (therapy /pediatrics)
Our ideal candidate:< /p>
- Has a higher pharmaceutical or medical education, education in marketing will be an added plus;
- Has successful proven experience in promotion of Rx products for at least 2 years;
- Speaks English, the level is not lower than intermediate;
- Result-oriented, communicative, proactive.
- Market analysis (competitive and price analysis, market potential assessment);
- Development of brand promotion strategy and tactics (segmentation, segment evaluation, targeting, positioning);
- Development of the sales budget (profit and expense), sales forecasting;
- Working with opinion leaders;
- Planning and organization of marketing events;
- >Development of promotional materials;
- Planning, development and management of promotional events aimed at key CAs in brand promotion;
- Development and implementation of the foreign service training system;
- Management by the value of goods of the trusted direction through product life cycle management;
- Coordination of activities of units in the stream of product value creation in order to achieve profitable growth and value growth;
- Constant search for growth points and their development;

- Planning promotional activity, setting tasks and monitoring their performance by medical representatives and CAMs for the implementation of the sales plan.
