Main responsibilities:
- Development of the return service for private and business customers within Ukraine, the EU and international routes (EU - UA - EU).
- Formation of the return service product strategy: scenarios for C2C, B2C, B2B; integration with e-commerce platforms; simplifying the process for the recipient and the sender.
- Building end-to-end return processes - from initiation in the office or application to the completion of the operation (receipt, sorting, return delivery, compensation / refund).
- Interaction with internal teams (operations, NovaPay, support, IT, legal department) to digitize, automate and unify scenarios return.
- Working with tariffs and financial models: development of a transparent tariff model for different types of customers and delivery directions; analysis of competitive prices, the impact of tariffs on adoption and conversion; coordinating rate changes with the finance department and monitoring margins.
- Initiating and launching digital solutions: creating returns in My Nova Post, a mobile application, via API; automatic generation of invoices, QR codes and return labels.
- Preparation and analysis of analytical reports and performance indicators: % of digital returns, SLA, adoption, CSAT/NPS, number of support requests, service cost.
- Research of customer pain points (sellers, receivers, e-commerce platforms) and development of hypotheses to reduce steps, time and communications in the process return.
- Responsible for key metrics: adoption of digital scenarios, execution SLA, process time, CSAT/NPS, service margin.
Candidate requirements:
- 3+ years experience in the position of Product Manager/Product Owner in the field of logistics or e-commerce;
- Experience in developing complex products with a large number of scenarios;
- Understanding the processes of order processing, last mile delivery;
- Experience in forming and implementing a product strategy;
- Ability to negotiate with partners, customers, internal stakeholders;
- Experience in making decisions based on data (GA4, Amplitude, SQL queries);
- Confident mastery of Jira,Confluence, Figma, Miro;
- Experience of working in cross-functional teams using the Agile/Scrum approach.
