Main tasks: Creation and implementation of the Responsible Gaming Policy and related processes and procedures; Testing of Responsible Gaming tools and periodic audit of the product to confirm compliance with the requirements and identification of necessary improvements; Operational support of personnel in matters related to potential problems with gambling; Monitoring of changes in regulation in the field of Responsible Gambling, monitoring of innovations and compliance control of all operational processes; Management of communications with the regulator, associations and unions, etc. Responsible Gaming stakeholders; Creation of appropriate procedures and mechanisms for classification, detection and prevention of problematic user behavior. It is important for us: Experience from 2 years in the online Betting/Gambling industry; Experience in Responsible Gambling, Customer Support, VIP or jurisprudence; Good Excel and PowerPoint skills; English language not lower than Intermediate level.
