Product Manager (Relocate to Warsaw)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting studies and gathering insights to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points, and applying these insights to product development.
• Finding insights from surveys, data, and the market.
• Effectively communicating with company stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving in different areas, from user onboarding to monetization and referrals.
• Product roadmap development for your dedicated product area.
• Execution of the roadmap developed.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented functionality, using numerical data.
• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of product features and updates according to the established roadmap.
  REQUIREMENTS:
  
  
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
  • Analytical thinking, ability, and desire to work with numbers and analytics.
  • Good understanding of general development principles and knowledge of the product life cycle.
  • Experience using agile development methodologies with distributed teams (Feature Teams).
  • Experience with UI/UX design.
  • Experience and performing costumer interviews.
  • B2+ English proficiency.
  • Ability to quickly, responsibly, and efficiently perform any task.
  • Responsibility, high degree of self-organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership qualities.
  • Excellent skills in creating surveys, finding respondents, etc.
  • Availability.
