Key tasks:

• analysis of the market and competitors' products;
• increase key monetization metrics and achieve business goals through experimentation;
• together with the marketing team, achieve maximum ROS and budget growth;
• plan and allocate team resources, maintain a product backlog;
• improve the monetization strategy system for the product;
• be responsible for the business performance of the product.

Required skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Lead/ Product Manager;
• understanding search query ranking algorithms;
• experience with B2C products;
• decision-making skills based on data analytics (data-driven approach);
• experience with Tableau, Google Analytics;
• ability to set priorities based on business goals;
• experience in team management: formation, motivation and task setting;
• presentation and communication skills;
• understanding how to create products for a multi-million audience; algorithms and models in product search;
• knowledge of optimization methods of search algorithms;
• experience with machine learning to improve search results.
