Together Networks is looking for a Product Managerto improve recommender system.

Key tasks:< /strong>

• market and competitor product analysis;
• through experiments to increase key monetization metrics and achieve goals of business;
• together with the marketing team, achieve maximum ROS and growth of budgets;
• plan and allocate team resources, maintain a product backlog;
• improve the monetization strategy system for of the product;
• be responsible for the business performance of the product.

Required skills and experience:

• 3+ years of Product Lead/Product Manager experience ;
• understanding of search engine ranking algorithms;
• experience working with B2C products;
• decision-making skills based on data analytics (data-driven approach);
• experience working with Tableau, Google Analytics;
• ability to set priorities based on business goals;
• experience in team management: formation, motivation and task setting;< /li>
• presentation and communication skills;
• understanding of how to create products for a multi-million audience; algorithms and models in product search;
• knowledge of search algorithm optimization methods;
• experience with machine learning to improve search results.
