Product manager (purchasing department) in Sili Oboroni

Overview

The position involves service in a team that creates innovative solutions for the transformation of public procurement processes in the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• formation of a strategic vision of the product, responsibility for the development of proposals and strategies to improve the product from the point of view of the end user
• studying the pain points and needs of end users by the method of in-depth interviews, analysis of user requirements and introduction of relevant changes to the product
• product life cycle management, responsibility for planning and implementation of new features and product improvements
• cooperation with the implementation and development team to ensure timely implementation of changes to the product
• measurement of results and use of analytics for continuous improvement of the product
• product development in the areas of procurement planning, procurement, integration with logistics and financial processes
• interaction with the user support team

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• knowledge of various product management methodologies and skills quickly navigate the application of this or that methodology
• experience of working with key stakeholders and users
• experience of cooperation with development and implementation teams
• ability to make strategic decisions and determine priorities
• high responsibility and independence in work
• quick reaction to changes and the ability to act effectively in a dynamic environment

Conditions

• service in the city of Kyiv
• 6-day work week in the office
• involvement of officers/reservists under contract and mobilization until the end of martial law
• mandatory passing KMB/basic military training
• availability of valid certificates from the TCC/military ticket
• transfer of active servicemen from the Ground Forces with the consent of the immediate commander
• rear financial support from 20,000 (for a soldier's rank) and 30,000 hryvnias (for an officer's rank)
• the candidate looks for housing independently
