Product Manager We are a Ukrainian postal and logistics operator that provides delivery of parcels, documents and cargo to any corner of Ukraine and abroad. We invite to our team: Product manager. The main responsibilities of the position: Product strategy development: Defining the product vision and creating a strategy for its development. Defining goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Planning and managing the product life cycle: Developing and maintaining a product roadmap. Coordination of work between across teams (development, marketing, sales, etc.).Managing resources to ensure projects are completed on time.Developing product requirements:Gathering and analyzing user and business requirements.Writing specifications and technical tasks for developers.Prioritizing features and requirements.Managing product development:Collaboration with development teams to implement product features. Ensuring compliance of the final product with requirements and specifications. Product launch and marketing: Develop and execute product launch plans. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns. Support communication with users and collect feedback. Product performance analysis: Monitoring of key performance indicators and analysis of results. Identifying problems and opportunities for product improvement. Coordination with other departments: Cooperation with sales, marketing, technical support, etc. Ensuring consistency of actions and information between teams.  Required knowledge and skills: Experience as a Product/Project Manager, with an important aspect of working in the C2C segment or online commerce ecosystem. Customer-oriented in product creation. Ability to analyze data and user actions, generate strategic solutions to improve the product. Experience in product management and directing the development process, using the main product metrics. Successful experience of launching or improving a c2c or b2c product.
