Main responsibilities of the position: Product strategy development: Defining the product vision and creating a strategy for its development. Defining goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Planning and managing the product life cycle: Developing and maintaining a road map product (roadmap). Coordinating work between different teams (development, marketing, sales, etc.). and requirements. Product development management: Collaborate with development teams to implement product features. Ensure final product meets requirements and specifications. Product launch and marketing: Develop and execute product launch plans. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns. Support communication with by users and collecting feedback. Analysis of product performance: Monitoring of key performance indicators and analysis of results. Identification of problems and opportunities for product improvement. Coordination with other departments: Cooperation with sales, marketing, technical support, etc. Ensuring consistency of actions and information between teams. Required knowledge and skills: Experience in the role of Product/Project Manager, with an important aspect of working in the C2C segment or online commerce ecosystem. Customer-oriented when creating a product. Ability to analyze data and user actions, generate strategic solutions to improve the product. Experience product management and directing the development process, the use of basic product metrics. Successful experience in launching or improving a c2c or b2c product.
