As a Product Manager/Project Manager, you will be in charge of helping clients determine and prioritize business needs by assessing the relevance of the project and its features, their significance, the value of the efforts invested, and exploring alternatives as necessary.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager in a software development area
• Experience in defining product and business requirements in the context of software and technical development
• Experience in deconstructing product components to detail
• Experience with explaining technical concepts simply, to both technical and non-technical people
• Experience in software solutions creation from scratch
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Advanced / Fluent English
• Project manager experience will be a plus

Enkonix conditions and benefits:

• 5-day working week from Monday to Friday
• Office in Lisbon, 5 days a week is a must

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders and customers to identify optimal strategies for achieving the expected results
• Analyze competitor products and market trends to assist clients/stakeholders in creating the best products
• Perform market research in a specified area in cooperation with TOP management
• Do the research needed to make high-quality decisions (user interviews, data, competitor products)
• Work closely with designers on the best UX/UI for end-users
• Take the lead of project teams and product development
• Manage the team of 5+ and coordinating resources for the flawless execution of projects
