Product Manager/Project Manager in Devox Software

Time Zone Requirements: Must beavailable until 3PM Eastern Time.About the Role: Weare seeking anexperienced Technical Product/Project Manager tojoin our team and manage all product-related improvements and new features for our SaaS software product. Inthis role, you will serve asthe primary interface between the development andQA teams and the software company product management. You will play akey role inmanaging active sprints, planning upcoming sprints, handling software issues, and prioritizing critical issues.Responsibilities:—Sprint Management:· Oversee active sprints, ensuring tasks are completed ontime and meet quality standards.· Plan upcoming sprints based onproduct roadmap and team capacity.· Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.—Product Improvements and New Features:· Work closely with product management tounderstand product vision and customer needs.· Translate product requirements into technical tasks for the development team.· Monitor the progress ofnew features and improvements from development toQA.· Experience working with JIRA software tomanage all matters and detyails related toour software product and sprints.—Issue Management: · Track and prioritize critical software issues and bugs.· Coordinate with development andQA teams toresolve issues inatimely manner.· Document and track customer escalation processes and issues.· Stakeholder Communication:· Act asaliaison between development, QA, and product management teams.· Provide regular updates onproject status and issues tocompany management.· Communicate effectively with customers regarding product updates and issue resolution.—Documentation and Process Improvement:· Maintain and update project documentation, including sprint plans and issue logs.· Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.· Create monthly and quarterly summary ofKPI’s for the product status—Team Leadership:· Foster acollaborative and productive work environment.· Resolve process related issues with the best practices.Skills: · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.· Ability towork under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.· Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.· Experience with project management tools and software.Weoffer: · Providing freedom and initiative for decision-making· Courses and education· English courses twice aweek· Strong corporate management and transparent strategy· Unlimited area for self-development and personal growth· Aset ofbenefits like video games, flexible working hours and high salary· Regular team buildings
