Basic tasks positions:

• Participation in the development of an interesting product - modular houses, their improvement and optimization;
< li>participation in the production process of the product, improvement and optimization;
• increasing market share by direction;
• market analysis, sales planning, procurement, pricing;
• joint planning and implementation of marketing programs, resolution of disputed situations, etc.;
• organization and presentation of the product for partners and sales specialists, participation in exhibitions and presentations of the product on the market.

It is important for us:

• possession of technical aspects in the direction of production of modular houses;
• experience inreal estate will be a great advantage;
• skills of sales and procurement management in the field;
• high negotiation skills;
• knowledge of the market situation in the field of modular construction;
• 2 years of work experience as a product or brand manager;
• activity, initiative, independence;
• knowledge of English languages ​​(conversational level).
