In connection with the opening and start of activity, invites your team: Product manager Main responsibilities: managing the product portfolio of European manufacturers and organizing activities to promote the product on the markets; developing a communication policy: developing a plan to promote the product to the market; conducting an analysis of consumer properties of products, consumer qualities of competing products and forecasting consumer demand for products; development of promotional materials, presentations, articles; training/testing of medical representatives and their consulting; formation/correction of sales plans, ensuring their implementation by other divisions and process participants; performing expert support of the sales group, participating in active negotiations; Mandatory requirements to applicants: honesty, reliability, responsibility and honesty; positive thinking, result-oriented, high communication skills, ability to work in stressful situations, non-standard approaches; Successful proven experience in promoting medical products to the Ukrainian market; Fluent in English, level C1; understanding of the tasks of marketing, product management, active sales; higher medical / pharmaceutical education, education in marketing will be an additional plus; full employment; the presence of reliable PC skills; knowledge of brand attributes and the sequence of their formation; knowledge of the patterns of market development and demand formation for products; knowledge of the basics of advertising, forms and methods of running advertising companies; knowledge of pricing methods, pricing strategy and tactics; experience in creating, promoting and administering a brand website; experience in promoting a product on YouTube; experience in promoting a brand in social networks and moderating groups in social networks ; knowledge of methods of low-budget research of the brand's target audience; experience in developing, implementing and maintaining loyalty programs for customers; the ability to master a large array of medical and technological information; energy and an active lifestyle.
