Product Manager Pfizer Vaccines in Staff Service

Currently, we are looking for a candidate for the position of "COUNTRY PORTFOLIO LEAD / Pfizer Product Manager" for the well-known pharmaceutical company Pfizer in Kyiv. Manages portfolio of brands within UkraineBe responsible for retail sales of assigned portfolioCraft and execute strategies to market assigned product portfolio (e.g., messaging, product grouping, relevant collateral, assess and prioritize, etc.) Develop local market life-cycle strategies (i.e. line extension, new indications) by collaborating with stakeholders in other Commercial Units Forecast and track portfolio performance (sales and supply) Develops channel- specific approaches for key customer segments (e.g., retail, hospitals, governments, etc.) Engage in brand-specific campaigns (e.g., reminder campaigns or occasional content refreshes) Provide market insights Highlight and support opportunities for local partnerships, in collaboration with in-country Leadership TeamDirect reporting line to Primary Care LeadEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree; master degree or MBA desired5+ years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry2-3 years of marketing experience (Vaccines are preferred)TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTSExpect candidates to demonstrate these commercial /management competenciesMarket, Customer and Competitor InsightStrategic and Operational Business/Marketing PlanningMarketing ExecutionMarketing InnovationData Analysis, Interpretation and CommunicationPerformance and Program MetricsFluent EnglishReadiness to business tripsProactivity, customer orientation, results orientationResponsibilities: Responsibility for strategic planning and management of the Pfizer product portfolio on the Ukrainian market; Development and implementation of marketing strategies that contribute to increasing sales and popularization of Pfizer products; Analysis of the market and competitors, identifying trends and developing recommendations for product development strategy; managing a team of product managers and monitoring their work; planning and controlling the department's budget and marketing costs; interacting with other company departments to achieve common goals. Requirements: Experience in product management in a pharmaceutical company at least 3 years; Knowledge of the pharmaceutical products market and medical business; High level of analytical and strategic skills; Ability to work in a team and manage people; Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills; Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
