Product Manager (Parcel Lockers) in Nova poshta

Nova Poshta isthe leader of express delivery in Ukraine. Our team is constantly growing, and now we are looking for a "Product Manager" for the direction of product development of collection services from post offices in Ukraine and Europe.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Formation and development of the product strategy for collection from post machines in accordance with the company's business goals.
• Development of product services Collection from post machines in Ukraine and Europe.
• Cooperation with operational and logistics divisions to improve the speed and quality of delivery to the post machine.
• Initiation and support of launches product changes, control of results and effect. Formation and prioritization of product backlog, product roadmap. Analysis of product metrics (share of receipts from postal machines, delivery SLA, successful opening of cells, number of complaints, NPS). Participation in quantitative and qualitative research: in-depth interviews, surveys, identification of needs and "pains" customers, forming product solutions and improvements based on the received data.
• Setting tasks for the development team, forming business requirements.
• Assessment of product satisfaction (CSI) by building a Customer Journey Map.
• Preparation of presentations, analytical materials and reports for stakeholders.

Requirements to the candidate:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in the field of logistics or e-commerce.
• Understanding of last-mile logistics processes.
• Highly developed product management skills: strategic planning, development and implementation of Roadmap, product life cycle management.
• Experience in writing Business Requirements Document).
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams using an Agile/Scrum approach.
• Analytical skills, ability to work with data and analyze customer feedback.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of English at B1 level and above.
