The Repalm company launches a product for the Ukrainian and Western markets Trustbooster — a marketplace for joint placements on popular Western media We are looking for a specialist who will lead product development and unite the development and marketing departments. What you will be doing: managing the full cycle of product development, interacting with the marketing department (after approval of the MVP )keeping metrics and achieving KPI Who we are looking for for this position: From 2 years of experience in similar positions (Product & Project Manager, Business Analyst, User Acquisition Specialist, etc.) Experience working with analytics, dashboards; unit economics, with market analysisExperience in product development with specific examples in the portfolioEnglish language - confirmed B1 Understanding of UX/UI and experience with Figma/Notion/Jira; Working conditions: 5\2 full-time employment in a remote format full flexibility in the work schedule (there are 8 working hours , you can work at the hours that are convenient) 30 days of vacation per year all the advantages of working in a small company (there are only 25 of us, all decisions are made quickly, complete absence of bureaucracy, minimal number of meetings) Project team: fullstack developer frontend designer marketer At the first stage you will be contacted the company's recruiter, after the interview there will be a call with the company's manager.
