Product Manager, Owner in SSSTik

We are a product company that develops products used by millions of users. We have 4 apps on Play Market with the theme of TikTok video downloader. Products already have active users and revenue. We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner who will take full responsibility for the development of these products, audience growth and financial indicators.

Tasks

• Strategic and operational development of mobile applications (Android)

• Increase organic audience and improving retention

• Revenue increase: subscriptions, advertising, testing monetization models

• Forming and maintaining a product roadmap

• Generating, testing and scaling product hypotheses

• Prioritizing tasks based on business metrics and data

• Interaction with developers, designers, marketing

• Analysis of competitors, market and changes in Google Play policies

ASO (App Store Optimization) skills and experience required

• Practical experience of ASO for Google Play

style="font-weight: 700">ASO without using trademarks of other companies (safe ASO)

Analytics and data-driven approach

• Experience with Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools

• Skills form product analytics: events, funnels, cohorts

• Analysis of key metrics:

  • Conversion

  • Retention

  • ARPU / LTV

  • Churn

• Ability to draw conclusions from data and adopt product solutions

• Ability to put TK on implementation or expansion of analytics

Monetization

• Practical experience with mobile subscription

• Work with paywall, trial, pricing, A/B testing

• Experience with AdMob + Mediation

• Ad revenue optimization (fill rate, eCPM, waterfall, mediation networks)

Product approaches and management

• Practical use of product frameworks:

  • JTBD

  • North Star Metric

  • Lean Startup

  • 700">MVP

• Ability to formulate goals and achieve them

• Experience in planning quarterly / monthly goals

• Working with OKR or analogical systems (will be a plus)

• Ability to clearly formulate tasks and requirements (PRD, user stories)

• Experience in competitive niches

• Knowledge of Google Play policies and experience review

• A/B functional testing and monetization experience

• Understanding UI/UX for utility applications
