  Your area of ​​responsibility:

• Development of a strategy for the development of trusted brands.
• Forecasting sales of approved drugs in monetary and physical terms.
• Conducting the necessary research to determine potential market opportunities, confirming the correctness of the selected strategy and tactics for product promotion, participating in focus groups.
• Analysis of the competitive environment, taking into account the changes and trends occurring in the pharmaceutical market, namely in the price policy, marketing activity of competitors.
• Organization of the process of training the company's medical representatives for product promotion campaigns.
• Development and management of demand generation and sales promotion programs.
• Planning the budget of marketing expenses for the promotion of products, manages and is responsible for the effectiveness of its use.
• Organization of processes aimed at creating and maintaining contacts with opinion leaders, analysis of the effectiveness of implementation of promotion programs.

To successfully solve tasks, you will need:

• Higher education (medical/pharmaceutical).
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position with OTS drugs.
• Experience with TV advertising and Digital.
• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above.
• Readiness for business trips (up to 30% of working time).
• Team player, has good communication skills, focus on results.
• Ability to change, ability to work in multitasking conditions.
• Category "B" driver's license.
