- higher technical education work in sales / procurement of precision agriculture equipment
- good understanding of technology and characteristics of precision agriculture equipment
- market analysis skills, understanding of trends in the precision agriculture category
- experience bringing new products to the market (welcome)
- experience in organizing and conducting demonstration events
- experience in negotiating with both buyers and suppliers, concluding and monitoring product supply contracts
- confident knowledge of computer programs: 1C, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- experience in creating informational or educational materials (welcome)
- proficiency in English (welcome)
- availability of category "B" license, driving experience from 2 years
- readiness for business trips
Responsibilities:
- analysis of the equipment market for precision farming in Ukraine:
- formation of a liquid assortment in the category
- negotiations with partners. Conclusion of contracts, support and control over the implementation of agreements in full
- preparation of recommendations on price policy in the category
- development and implementation of measures to promote products offered by the company
- constant support of the employees of the sales department, to increase the effectiveness of product sales
- participation in the development, budgeting of marketing activities and ensuring their implementation
- preparation of informational materials for the product sales department
- training of sales department employees
