Product Manager, Notary in PandaDoc

PandaDoc is a leading document automation and electronic signature platform, and we're expanding our Notary team to revolutionize the way people access notary services. We're seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the development of our Notary platform, driving growth, customer satisfaction, and revenue.In This Role, You WillDevelop a deep understanding of our Notary customers, their needs, pain points, and workflowsDefine and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needsCollaborate with Design, Engineering, and other teams to design, build, and launch new features and productsWrite clear, concise product requirements and user storiesWork closely with the Notary team to ensure product development meets business and customer needsAnalyze market trends, customer behavior, and product performance to inform data-driven product decisionsDevelop and maintain a product backlog, prioritizing features and ensuring alignment with business objectivesCommunicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team membersAbout You3+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related fieldProven track record of success in launching and growing successful productsStrong understanding of product development processes, Agile methodologies, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldIt Would Be Awesome If You HadExperience in the fintech, legal, or real estate industriesKnowledge of notary regulations and compliance requirementsCertification in product management or a related field (e.g., PMP, CSPO)Company OverviewPandaDoc empowers more than 40,000 growing organizations to thrive by taking the work out of document workflow.
