American company, looking for an energetic and focused Product Manager,who will leadNew< /strong>Business direction in the company. Bekofis is located in the USA, the company specializes in providing services for construction companies, covering all aspects except construction itself. The company focuses on marketing, sales departments, sourcing materials, managing teams of craftsmen, quality control and other important processes.

Responsibilities:

• Market analysis and identification of opportunities and new niches for the company:
• Conducting market research to identify new niches for business development.
• Analysis of trends, customer needs and competitive environment.
• Identification of promising markets and segments for new areas of activity.
• Development of strategic plans for the implementation of new business areas, establishment of short- and long-term goals, risk assessment and their minimization.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and support departments to create new products that meet new niches.
• Manage the process of penetrating new markets and segments from ideation to implementation.
• Development of financial and business models -plans for new projects.
• Participation in the development of marketing strategies for the promotion of the company in new niches.
• Control over the implementation of projects on time and according to the budget.

Requirements:

• Experience in effective process management: ability to identify, monitor, analyze and optimize critical processes in projects, goals, tasks.
• English language proficiency: B2-C1 level, good conversational.
• Communication skills: strong interpersonal and external communication skills to coordinate work with team and clients. Ability to argue one's position, concisely form and convey one's opinion and defend one's interests.
• Organizational skills: ability to effectively manage and organize processes, people, resources.
• Data analysis: mastery of tools and data analysis techniques, the ability to draw conclusions and propose solutions based on data.
• Leadership qualities: to lead people with the help of the ability to qualitatively argue one's point of view, "sell" an innovation, goal, direction of movement, broadcast points to employees growth in the use of tools, project management, planning.
• Planning: the ability to set and adhere to project deadlines and tasks.

Terms:
