We are looking for a professional to join the fintech project team inquality — Product manager - neobank, cards.

What you will be doing:

• Developing the concept of products and features for in its direction - cards / accounts:, salary card, credit card, debit card, additional family cards with the ability to share the card and set spending limits, children's card, co-branded cards.
• Study of the competitive environment, study of card product concepts other neobanks (local and international).
• Comparisons of competitors' tariffs, proposals for setting tariffs for their products.
• Product description, writing use cases, preparation of CJM.
• li>Close cooperation with the team of UX/UI designers, UX researcher, UX writer in the process of preparing UX/UI design and clickable prototypes.
• Preparation of the DKBO, approval of the product at the relevant bank committees.
• Update of the DKBO on external sources (bank website, mobile application).
• Working with PM of the development team, participation in sprint briefings, prioritization of stories in development.
• Participation in testing the alpha build ( acceptance of the product from the development team)
• Working with behavioral analytics regarding the use of the product by customers (building behavioral dashboards in conjunction with data analysts to track customer patterns and find opportunities to improve products).

Our ideal candidate has:

• 4+ years of banking / fintech experience.
• Financial product development experience services.
• Experience in developing/improving card products.
• Experience in creating a product roadmap, CJM.
• Experience in writing technical tasks and specifications, preparing DKBO
• Experience with product and behavioral analytics, a/b testing
• Ability to understand the customer experience in the banking segment (both offline and online).
• Ability to build relationships as with both business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
