Role overviewWear multiple hats (e.g. PM, PO, Scrum master, QA, BA) to drive the development of CAST AI platformWork directly with users, product teams, and other stakeholders to collect feedbackDo market research research to create a more compelling product/feature proposalWork across the organizational and role boundaries to ultimately make the product betterReview backlogs and make prioritization decisions together with the teamConduct user research interviews together with the UX designerLead process improvements in the Product Management team and across the wider organization.RequirementsIdeally, a strong engineering background, as the domain and product are very technicalExperience in building B2B software products & familiarity with the concepts of public cloud offeringsHands-on experience in establishing and collecting product metrics (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to derive insights that inform product development decisionsWriting skills are critical in this role. You must be able to communicate product features and new services through well-understood formats such as PR / FAQ or other narrative formats that describe the feature/product vision and desired customer experienceKubernetes certification (e.g. CKA, CKAD) - you must either already have it or successfully complete it within the first 6 months from the start,Kubernetes certification (e.g. CKA, CKAD) - you must either already have it or successfully complete it within the first 6 months from the startCustomer focus and hands-on experience in gathering user feedback.
